 近來HBO大打《V怪客》宣傳廣告，與其革命、自由、人權訴求電影題旨似有衝突的，是美國民謠歌手Cat Power翻唱The Velvet Underground的〈I Found A Reason〉，在安靜的火紅血液中寫著溫暖的詩篇；而不久前王家衛的新片《My Blueberry Nights》亦使用了Cat Power的〈The Greatest〉當作預告片主題曲，讓人重新迷戀起她的聲音... |
| 來自廠牌的宣告是，Cat Power即將於2008年1月21日發行第二張翻唱專輯，本來是叫做《Covers Record 2》的，然後改名為《Jukebox》(音樂盒)。我把Cat Power之前的專輯翻出來，聽著聽著，心情不自覺的憂鬱了起來。似乎近日我的、朋友的不順遂，都可以牽連。就像白日夢一樣思考著。如果，人生可以活得像一部電影，甚至公路電影，那有多好呢？ 《Jukebox》包含了Cat Power (原名Chan Marshall) 重新詮釋她於《Moon Pix》專輯裡的歌〈Metal Heart〉，還有一首獻給Bob Dylan的新歌〈Song to Bobby〉，其他曲序仍在確認中。在今年一片Bob Dylan潮裡，Cat Power也軋上了一腳。 看看有Cat Power歌曲的電影預告： V for Vendetta (feat.
